The contractual obligations to suppliers, issues relating to location, regional circumstances and regulations, service types and supply logistics may cause the following general terms and conditions slightly different for specific services, or specific destinations. Visitors and potential clients are requested to go through the Terms and Conditions before making any booking or taking any services offered by Flight on Mobile:

Only one booking per payment or email id is allowed for cashback

Validity of offers will be determined on the basis of Booking ID

Booking particular offer shall be subject to availability

Flight on Mobile reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace the offers which come under limited period sale at any time without any prior notice 

A particular offer must not be clubbed with other offers offered by Flight on Mobile

In the case of booking cancellation, the cashback amount will be forfeited and cancellation charges will be applicable. Cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Users shall abide by the Terms introduced by Flight on Mobile

Only Flight on Mobile owns the authority of interpreting these terms

Flight on Mobile is not liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events. The company is not liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any offer

Flight on Mobile is allowed to deny or cancel a booking on the grounds of suspicion and abuse of the offer by the customers or the travel agents

If serious disputes are found, these disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi
